Founded by Kipton Cronkite in 2002, KiptonART is a private establishment that culls fledgling artists and introduces them to the foremost administrators of the New York art world. On a continual basis, the organization selects a varied group of up-and-coming artists and provides an outlet for them to display their work in exhibition spaces and online. KiptonART is quietly becoming a conduit collectors and gallery operators turn to in search of emerging talent.

With personal attention and industry savvy, KiptonART guides new artists through the often daunting task of presenting their work for the first time in the broader market. In effect, the company provides a dual forum for artists to communicate their oeuvres both online and through special events and custom-curated exhibitions. Our collector clients--many of whom derive from museum patron circles, major auction houses, and world-class institutions--function as reliable benefactors, keen on locating fresh talent and sharing their acquistions with friends, colleagues, and fellow philanthropists.

KiptonART.com is a full-scale website of utmost intelligibility--a virtual look book of artists representing a wide range of subject matter and technical accomplishment. Artists featured on KiptonART.com are vetted to maintain superlative artistic quality and integrity.

KiptonART Foundation:

Created in March of 2009, the KiptonART Foundation facilitates the appreciation and endowment of the visual arts and music through the support of emerging talent and educational programs for children.  The Foundation’s main operation is to promote artist-in-residency programs for struggling artists by providing stipends for them to create and sustain their work, all the while raising their profiles.  The Foundation's resources are gleaned from the general public, directly and indirectly, and other fundraising enterprises.

KiptonART Rising:

In view of our sterling creative network and affiliations with chief real estate, fashion, and design firms, we decided to create KiptonART Rising, a new artist series to launch in early 2009.

In the New Year, KiptonART will showcase six up-and-coming painters and photographers (respectively), organizing solo exhibitions and private soirées on upmarket properties throughout Manhattan. The company's curatorial team will partner with leading-edge investors to display artists' collections in the proper milieu, and at the same time, anchor their work in more elite locales. To supplement individual gallery openings, KiptonART will throw honorary dinner parties (on- or off-site) to toast artists and acquaint them with influential critics, collectors, and celebrity clients.

KiptonART Music:

Our newest subsidiary, KiptonART Music, promotes select musicians and recording artists by giving them the footing to share their talents in prestigious urban venues. In the same vein as painters and filmmakers, musicians require the support of key influencers to help galvanize media attention and the respect of major record labels. Gathering the appropriate resources to help artists enhance their career(s) is integral to KiptonART's overall mission.

At present, we are focusing our efforts on classical music, breaking the barriers of this sometimes elusive genre and making it more palatable to a contemporary audience.

KiptonART Music Event Artists: Joshua Bell, Joyce DiDonato, Lang Lang.
