Zac Gross, born in 1977 is a Venetian plaster artisan. He established the Venetian Design Group for architectural Venetian plaster wall applications for high-end residential and commercial projects in New York City. Creating contemporary works of art using Venetian Plaster from commercial projects, Zac has expanded the traditional uses of the medium. In place of the paintbrush, trowels are used for the application process on medium density fiberboard and high quality wall paper. In addition to the Venetian Design Group projects, Zac Gross paintings have appeared in Architectural Digest, the International Designer Show House, George Smith Gallery and have been purchased by interior designers and private clients throughout New York City and Los Angeles.
