Tim Snell is a Canadian artist living and working in New York City. In addition to painting and prints, his studio produces large mosaic and mural commissions, designing and coordinating large events for public benefits and designers.
In April 2003 Tim Snell designed a permanent mosaic at the 8th Street Station of the N and R subway line in Manhattan. It received the NYC Metropolitan Club Award for excellence in 2004. A large mosaic mural was designed, fabricated, and installed for WD50 Restaurant, at 50 Clinton Street NYC in 2006
