Foster, 31, was born in Jackson, Mississippi and has lived and worked in the U.S.A and Europe for most of his professional life. He has had group and solo exhibitions in Italy, Germany, France and the U.S.A.

Moses graduated from American University of Washington D.C where he completed his entire M.F.A while living and studying in Italy. It was there that Moses gravitated to the techniques used by the Italian Masters.

Besides Fine Art, Moses acts and has participated in Art and Cultural Television programs in Europe and was selected as one of few actors to illuminate the Remake of ARTE, a French-German channel, for a 2008 -2009 Advertisement. Moses enjoys acting and has in 2008 participated in the film Desert Flower.
