Art is truly a reflection of life. John T. Landry retired after two full careers and began painting at age 64. He enjoys painting in oil and acrylic. He paints impressionist wildlife and landscapes and his work is exhibited throughout Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas.
He paints a varied spectrum of subjects and especially enjoys impressionist art. He enjoys spending time in the marshes near his beloved Pecan Island, Louisiana camp-Marshview Lodge.
A resident of Abbeville, Louisiana, John T. and his wife, Sandra, have two married children and enjoy their six grandchildren. Hunting, fishing, boating, reading and travel are some of their other interests.
