My name is Andrew J. Bravo. I attended art classes over 15 years ago in a small community college in New Jersey. After 1 year, I realized that I wanted to be a freelance artist and make art that would be for me and would set the art world on fire.
After dropping out of college, I started a project using #2 pencil and a 6ft. long canvas.
8 years later I completed it and realized what I had created was like nothing out there in the Art world. Over the years many celebrities have autographed it. Muhammad Ali, Gene Simmons, Chevy Chase, Joe Nameth, among many others. It is a collage on canvas with over 90 hand drawn images of everything that made the 20th century great. Every image is dead on and my canvas even has a large ghost image hidden within all of the drawings....the ghost is Marilyn Monroe. This collossal piece can't and won't be compared to any other collage or 20th century themed work, because of the eight years of pure love and craftsmanship involved. It takes the average person over 45 minutes to digest all of the work and pure craziness involved here. I just hope as many people as possible get to see this collage in person. I am extremely excited for the art world to see something that, to my knowledge, hasn't been attempted with these measurments. Thank-you so much for your time. And look for amazing work to complement this first piece. I have finally found my true calling, and I can't wait to get the heck out of North Carolina and move in with the heartbeat of an amazing artworld, New York City.
