I was always fascinated by colors and shapes as well as the mysteries surrounding the human consciousness. Since a fragile age I had a trans like perception and understanding of life that was very much different from that of the people around me. Whenever I managed to transfer this into my work I got very powerful yet varied emotional reactions. Ranging from amazement and astonishment to utter hatred and disgust, getting a powerful and decisive opinion is what my art is best at. It entraps and forces you to see part of yourself.
My medium was mostly pencils and calligraphy inks until I met my first mentor, Ramon Grosos. He introduced me to the wonderful world of acrylics and oils on a very Contemporary Art style which suited my artistic views perfectly. Later on I was taught by Fioghin Calistru all about Renaissance Art and Iconography. As their styles are like two opposite sides of the same paper, you shall find my style of work to be highly versatile and quite unpredictable. Till this moment I was their only student.
