This photo is from a series entitled "Neo-Classical Dreams". The series is an attempt at exploring the themes of death, whimsy and the unknown. It is also my attempt at bridging the gap between modern photography and art history. I began my artistic career as a black and white landscape photographer exploring similar themes, however, I have grown from capturing in 35mm Black & White to staging tableaux in large format (4x5) and in color. The project was conceived and began in 2009 and is ongoing.
